To provide advanced trainings, USANA Japan invites Associates who successfully maintain and earn a consistent income to USANA’s Biggest event; International Convention (August 15, 2018 through August 18). Leadership Summit is open to Gold Directors and below who have not previously qualified for Leadership Summit. The qualification period for the event is any consecutive 13-week period.

Qualification Due Date:　June 15, 2018

Qualification Requirements
• You must average 600 Commission Volume Points (CVP) per week during a quarter, totaling 7,800 CVP or higher during the 13-week period
• No more than 800 CVP will be counted for each week
• 20 percent of your total CVP must be generated from non-initial order volume

• Round-trip airfare from the airport closest to your main USANA address to Salt Lake City Airport
• Hotel accommodation （August 14, 2018 through August 19）
• Convention ticket
　 ＊Travel fee to airports, meals, visa application fee and other fees are not included.

During the Convention, qualifiers can enjoy prospective trainings on their own.

Terms & Conditions：
•　One (1) qualifier is invited to Leadership Summit
•　One (1) qualifier can be provided; Round-trip airfare from the airport closest to your registered address to Salt Lake City Airport, Hotel accommodation （August 14, 2018 through August 19） and Convention ticket. Travel will be arranged through USANA.
＊Travel fee to airports, meals, visa application fee and other fees are not included.
•　Each qualifier must remain commission qualified from their Summit-qualification date to the time of the event.
•　Qualifying for the Leadership Summit is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
•　Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e., policy violations, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Center other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this incentive in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
•　No participation will be granted as cancellation of this Leadership Summit.
