Change on Return PolicyEnglish

Effective on May 2, 2016, product returns that are not covered by the Cooling-off period will get a 100% refund on any products in resalable condition.

Conditions:

1. Must have an invoice or order slip.
2. Products must be sealed and never used.
3. Packages and bottles must be in resalable condition.
4. Products must be returned to USANA warehouse until its date of expiration.
5. Products returned within a year of purchase.

Notice:

-Associate must be responsible for the shipping fee and for any lost or damage in transit.

-USANA may deduct earned commissions from the refund amount if commissions and bonuses have been previously paid.

-If the total amount of refund exceeded 30,000 Yen, membership will be terminated.

During Holiday week (Golden Week), Japan office and distribution center are closed on following days;

Friday April 29
Tuesday May 3 through Thursday May 5

Please be aware that shipment delivery and commission statement will be delayed accordingly.
