＜Customer Service and Counter＞
Japan office will be closed Tuesday December 30 through Friday January 2nd.
Last business day of 2014：Monday December 29th at regular business hour
First business day of 2015：Monday January 5th at regular business hour
＜Auto Orders (only Cycle1)＞
If you wish to pay Auto Orders by ATM (Furikomi), please complete the transfer by Monday December 29th.
＜Auto Orders (only Cycle2)＞
If you wish to make a change on your Auto Order for Cycle 2 by FAX, please submit the request by Monday December 29.
＜Products Shipping＞
If you wish to deliver products within the end of 2014, we encourage you to complete the order and payment by Thursday December 25th.
Last Shipping Day of 2014：Friday December 26th
First Delivery Day：Monday January 5th
＜Commission ＞
The commission generated on December 26th and January 2nd will be paid after Monday January 5th. Also the delivery of Commission statement will be delayed accordingly.
